INGREDIENTS
- Raw Mangoes - 5
- Gud / Jaggery - 300 gms
- Water (To Boil)
- Pudina / Mint - 25/30 leaves
- Salt - 1 tsp
NOTE: Avoid use of sugar

- Pressure cook Mangoes till done
- Remove the peel and take out the seed and leave the pulp in the water in which it was boiled
- Boil Jaggery in water and strain when cool
- Take the Mango Pulp, Jaggery, Pudina leaves, Salt in a mixer and churn
- Store the thick mixture and serve diluted with water and crushed ice when desired
