INGREDIENTS
PROCEDURE
- Imli / Tamarind - 250 gms
- Gud /Jaggery - 250 gms
- Zeera - 1/2tsp (Roasted and Ground)
- Saunf - 1/2 tsp (Roasted and Ground)
- Chilli Flakes - 1/2 tsp
- Kaju - 10-15 (Finely chopped)
- Kismis - 25-30
- Banana - 1 (Sliced)
- Water (To Boil)
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
PROCEDURE
- Boil water and Imli / Tamarind in a pan
- Let it rest till cool, mash it, strain the pulp
- Boil Gud / Jaggery with water in a pan and strain
- Add Gud /Jaggery, Saunf, Zeera, Chilli Flakes, Kaju Kismis, Banana, Salt to the Imli / Tamarind pulp
- Bring the mixture to boil till it thickens
- Serve with Dahi Vadas, Pakodas, Chaat or simply lick it up!!
