Crispy Dried Prawns

  1. Dried Prawns - 250 gms 
  2. Onions (Medium sized) - 3 nos (finely chopped)
  3. Garlic (medium sized) - 20 cloves (crushed)
  4. Red Chilli Flakes
  5. Spicy garlic garnish powder - 2 teaspoons
  6. Olive Oil - 2tbsp (optional) [use water / butter instead]
  7. Lemon and Coriander for garnish
  8. Salt to taste

  1. Heat pan and then cool it before adding Olive oil
  2. Add garlic, onions and chilli flakes. Saute on low flame till light brown in colour
  3. Wash and add the prawns
  4. Add the spicy garlic powder.
  5. Add water for cooking but not as much to ruin the crispiness of prawns and salt to taste
  6. Cover and let it cook till the mix is done and dried up to a point of crispiness
  7. Sprinkle a little lemon juice and Garnish with coriander and serve with parathas or strained rice
