Chicken Drumsticks in Spicy Garlic Sauce

  1. Chicken Drumsticks 3 nos
  2. Garlic (medium sized) - 25 cloves (crushed)
  3. Red Chilli Flakes
  4. Tomato Puree - 100 ml
  5. Spicy Garlic powder - 1 teaspoons
  6. Olive Oil - 2tbsp (optional) [use water / butter instead]
  7. Lemon & Coriander for garnish
  8. Salt to taste
  1. Heat pan and then cool it before adding Olive oil
  2. Add garlic and chilli flakes. Saute on low flame till slightly golden.
  3. Add spicy Garlic powder, salt and tomato puree
  4. Add the chicken and 1 cup water for cooking
  5. Cover the mix and keep on low flame for 15 minutes.
  6. Stir and keep till the mix till the gravy is thick and covers the pieces uniformly
  7. Sprinkle a little lemon juice and Garnish with coriander and serve with parathas or rice
