Crispy Dried Prawns

INGREDIENTS
  1. Dried Prawns - 250 gms 
  2. Onions (Medium sized) - 3 nos (finely chopped)
  3. Garlic (medium sized) - 20 cloves (crushed)
  4. Red Chilli Flakes
  5. Spicy garlic garnish powder - 2 teaspoons
  6. Olive Oil - 2tbsp (optional) [use water / butter instead]
  7. Lemon and Coriander for garnish
  8. Salt to taste


PROCEDURE
  1. Heat pan and then cool it before adding Olive oil
  2. Add garlic, onions and chilli flakes. Saute on low flame till light brown in colour
  3. Wash and add the prawns
  4. Add the spicy garlic powder.
  5. Add water for cooking but not as much to ruin the crispiness of prawns and salt to taste
  6. Cover and let it cook till the mix is done and dried up to a point of crispiness
  7. Sprinkle a little lemon juice and Garnish with coriander and serve with parathas or strained rice 


Chicken Pasta with Lemon Pepper Sauce

INGREDIENTS
  1. Wheat Pasta (unboiled) - 250 gms 
  2. Chicken Breast (cut into small chewable bits) - 250 gms
  3. Mixed vegetables (Cauliflower, carrot, beans) - 250 gms
  4. Garlic (medium sized) - 20 cloves (crushed)
  5. Diet Cheese - 2 wedges
  6. Low Cal Curd (200 gms)
  7. Red Chilli Flakes
  8. Lemon Pepper garnish powder - 2 teaspoons
  9. Olive Oil - 2tbsp (optional) [use water / butter instead]
  10. Oregano - 1 teaspoon
  11. Coriander for garnish
  12. Salt to taste
PROCEDURE
  1. Heat pan and then cool it before adding Olive oil
  2. Add garlic and chilli flakes. Saute on low flame till slightly golden.
  3. Add the chicken and saute on high flame till 3/4 cooked.
  4. Boil the pasta in a separate container till its 3/4 done
  5. Add vegetables to chicken and saute on high flame till done. keep aside when done
  6. Strain the pasta and run through cold water immediately.
  7. Take the vegetables and chicken and pasta together and mix beaten curd and cheese along with oregano and salt to taste
  8. Cover and let it cook till the pasta is done and the mix has almost dried up
  9. Garnish with coriander and serve





Chicken Drumsticks in Spicy Garlic Sauce

INGREDIENTS
  1. Chicken Drumsticks 3 nos
  2. Garlic (medium sized) - 25 cloves (crushed)
  3. Red Chilli Flakes
  4. Tomato Puree - 100 ml
  5. Spicy Garlic powder - 1 teaspoons
  6. Olive Oil - 2tbsp (optional) [use water / butter instead]
  7. Lemon & Coriander for garnish
  8. Salt to taste
PROCEDURE
  1. Heat pan and then cool it before adding Olive oil
  2. Add garlic and chilli flakes. Saute on low flame till slightly golden.
  3. Add spicy Garlic powder, salt and tomato puree
  4. Add the chicken and 1 cup water for cooking
  5. Cover the mix and keep on low flame for 15 minutes.
  6. Stir and keep till the mix till the gravy is thick and covers the pieces uniformly
  7. Sprinkle a little lemon juice and Garnish with coriander and serve with parathas or rice
