INGREDIENTS
NOTE: Tastes beat with rice and dal
- Prawns - 1 kg.
- Onions medium size - 3 (Finely chopped)
- Tomato - 2 (Medium size)
- Red Chilly powder - 1tsp
- Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
- Eggplant (Baigan) -1 (Small; Diced into small pieces)
- Salt (To Taste)
- Ginger-Garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Dhansak Masala - 2 tbsp
- Hot and sweet sauce - 3 tbsp
- Oil - 4 tsp
- Coriander (Finely chopped)
PROCEDURE
- Heat oil in a pan and fry coriander
- Add onions and fry till golden brown
- Add ginger garlic paste fry well
- Add Eggplant, Dhansak Masala, Turmeric, Chilly powder, and Salt to taste.
- Cover the pan and cook the eggplant well
- Add the prawns and cook for 5 to 7 minutes while stirring intermittently
- Add hot and sweet sauce and stir intermittently for another 3 to 5 minutes
- Serve in a bowl and garnish it with coriander
