INGREDIENTS
- Dried Prawns - 250 gms
- Onions (Medium sized) - 3 nos (finely chopped)
- Garlic (medium sized) - 20 cloves (crushed)
- Red Chilli Flakes
- Spicy garlic garnish powder - 2 teaspoons
- Olive Oil - 2tbsp (optional) [use water / butter instead]
- Lemon and Coriander for garnish
- Salt to taste
PROCEDURE
- Heat pan and then cool it before adding Olive oil
- Add garlic, onions and chilli flakes. Saute on low flame till light brown in colour
- Wash and add the prawns
- Add the spicy garlic powder.
- Add water for cooking but not as much to ruin the crispiness of prawns and salt to taste
- Cover and let it cook till the mix is done and dried up to a point of crispiness
- Sprinkle a little lemon juice and Garnish with coriander and serve with parathas or strained rice
