INGREDIENTS
- Dried Prawns - 250 gms
- Onions (Medium sized) - 3 nos (finely chopped)
- Garlic (medium sized) - 20 cloves (crushed)
- Red Chilli Flakes
- Spicy garlic garnish powder - 2 teaspoons
- Olive Oil - 2tbsp (optional) [use water / butter instead]
- Lemon and Coriander for garnish
- Salt to taste
PROCEDURE
- Heat pan and then cool it before adding Olive oil
- Add garlic, onions and chilli flakes. Saute on low flame till light brown in colour
- Wash and add the prawns
- Add the spicy garlic powder.
- Add water for cooking but not as much to ruin the crispiness of prawns and salt to taste
- Cover and let it cook till the mix is done and dried up to a point of crispiness
- Sprinkle a little lemon juice and Garnish with coriander and serve with parathas or strained rice
INGREDIENTS
- Wheat Pasta (unboiled) - 250 gms
- Chicken Breast (cut into small chewable bits) - 250 gms
- Mixed vegetables (Cauliflower, carrot, beans) - 250 gms
- Garlic (medium sized) - 20 cloves (crushed)
- Diet Cheese - 2 wedges
- Low Cal Curd (200 gms)
- Red Chilli Flakes
- Lemon Pepper garnish powder - 2 teaspoons
- Olive Oil - 2tbsp (optional) [use water / butter instead]
- Oregano - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander for garnish
- Salt to taste
PROCEDURE
- Heat pan and then cool it before adding Olive oil
- Add garlic and chilli flakes. Saute on low flame till slightly golden.
- Add the chicken and saute on high flame till 3/4 cooked.
- Boil the pasta in a separate container till its 3/4 done
- Add vegetables to chicken and saute on high flame till done. keep aside when done
- Strain the pasta and run through cold water immediately.
- Take the vegetables and chicken and pasta together and mix beaten curd and cheese along with oregano and salt to taste
- Cover and let it cook till the pasta is done and the mix has almost dried up
- Garnish with coriander and serve

- Chicken Drumsticks 3 nos
- Garlic (medium sized) - 25 cloves (crushed)
- Red Chilli Flakes
- Tomato Puree - 100 ml
- Spicy Garlic powder - 1 teaspoons
- Olive Oil - 2tbsp (optional) [use water / butter instead]
- Lemon & Coriander for garnish
- Salt to taste
PROCEDURE
- Heat pan and then cool it before adding Olive oil
- Add garlic and chilli flakes. Saute on low flame till slightly golden.
- Add spicy Garlic powder, salt and tomato puree
- Add the chicken and 1 cup water for cooking
- Cover the mix and keep on low flame for 15 minutes.
- Stir and keep till the mix till the gravy is thick and covers the pieces uniformly
- Sprinkle a little lemon juice and Garnish with coriander and serve with parathas or rice
