- 250g Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 125g Digestive biscuit crumbs
- 3 tbs Gelatin (Dissolved in 1/4 cup boiling water)
- 45g Butter (Melted)
- 400g Condensed milk (Canned)
- 120ml Lemon juice
FOR DECORATION
Chocolates, Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries
- Combine the biscuit crumbs and melted butter and press into the base of disposable paper cup cake tray and place it in refrigerator whilst preparing the filling
- Mix the Gelatin with the boiling water and set aside for 5 minutes before adding it to the mix of Philadelphia Cream Cheese and Condensed milk
- Then stir in the lemon juice until mixed
- Pour over the prepared base and chill for at least 1 hour until set
- Remove from the fridge and decorate with chocolates or summer fruits
